Aggressive growth plans
“We’ve got some fairly aggressive growth plans and Inspire are helping us to navigate our way through the hurdles of growing a business.”

Around 130 people in business attended a Summer Party hosted by Inspire to take a closer look at their new home and network with like-minded businesses.
Inspire, a Wiltshire company dedicated to helping businesses in the South West maximise their success through business strategy, making the right connections and knowledge sharing, recently moved to new headquarters at Heywood House, Westbury.
The classic country estate, which is positioned in 25 acres of parkland with stunning views of the Wiltshire White Horse Hills, was the perfect backdrop for an informal and relaxed afternoon of socialising/networking for Inspire members and non-members.
Those in attendance were blown away by the glorious surroundings, and Rob Perks, CEO at Inspire, explained: “We decided to move to Heywood House for a number of reasons. It’s a beautiful place to work, first of all, and a great place for our team to work and be motivated.
“But more than that, it’s the perfect place for our clients to come too. There are lots of places they can get peace and quiet and where we can talk to them, plus lots of different kinds of facilities across the building which they can use.
“It also felt like the right place for us to be at this point in our development. As we are growing and planning to move into other parts of the region we needed a good base to work from and Heywood House is perfect.”
Heywood House has been transformed into hi-tech, flexible, office space with a range of services and facilities to help businesses flourish and there was an opportunity to tour the main house and orangery, where drinks and nibbles were served, to view the facilities available for meetings and conferences if you are interested. There was also a chance to enjoy some home baked pizza from renowned Inspire members, The Slinky Fox, on the lawn.
With making the right connections part of the Inspire ethos, Rob was delighted with how the afternoon went.
“It’s important for us to keep on increasing our profile across the region and today was an opportunity for businesses to see where we are. A lot were clients but not everyone, so it was a good to meet them and for them to get to know us a bit more.
“It also provided an opportunity to bring businesses together because in business it can be lonely sometimes, and actually just finding other people that are also struggling with the same things and being able to talk to them over a glass of wine and a nice slice of pizza is a really good thing to do.”
